Coaching Policy
In this club team, a coach and students are on equal relationship in conversation. There is no one-way direction or skill transfer. Keep giving not a final answer only a thought of a coach but given them some critical points helps studens knowing what they have to change by themselves. As a result, students learn to think ideas by themselves and improve their skills and team communication.

Quality of Exercise
We will ask each student in advance of enrolloing about their practice goals and desired intensity of practice. Not to practice at the same strenth but adjusting any intensity withc each student needs or requests. If a student have no idea what level of exercise needed, we set the one's leves as arround 120%.
This is achieved by the coach understanding the trait of each student and adjusting the intensity in the practice. Specifically, the coach will consider the speed, strength, and distance of the ball.
